Directions: Come up the Stratton Mountain Access Road and go past the Welcome Center on your right and the Liftline Lodge on your left. Make the next right onto Shattarack Road and the first and immediate right onto Ober Tal Drive and into our parking lot.

Please use the "Dog Walk Area" and clean up after your pet elsewhere. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and under the control of an adult. These are Stratton Resort and Ober Tal Condominium regulations.
Some apartments have gas fireplaces others burn wood; check first and do not add wood into the gas units and do not overload the wood-burning units. Do not remove ashes call the Property Manager at 297-1649 if you feel this needs attention. Wood, for use at Ober Tal, is available in three on-site sheds.
Operating a charcoal or propane fired grill on a deck or within ten feet of the building is prohibited by the fire code. Using an electric grill is approved.
During holidays and weekends please park close to allow spaces for others.
The Gate House is not operational. When it is instructions will be distributed and also published here. Parking is reserved for owners and their guests.
Walk to lifts, village and Sports Center: The shuttle bus does not stop at Ober Tal, you are where you want to be!
